With more than 25 years of experience with the capital market regulator, Shanti brings with her in-depth knowledge and expertise relating to the capital market.  She has experience in enforcement, legal and regulatory advice, policy formulation, legislative drafting and training. In legal practice she has advised boards of financial institutions and public listed companies on various aspects of the capital market laws and stock exchange rules. Shanti holds an LLB and LLM from the University of Malaya
